How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment is as easy as clicking the "book now" button at the top of the page.

Do you take walk-ins?

We do! Call ahead for an estimated wait time or just come see us.

Do you do pedicures?

You know it!

What if I need to cancel or rescheudle?

A $20 deposit is required to hold all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule we can gladly do so for you with 24 hours notice or more. Any less notice and your deposit will be forfeited.

How about if I'm running late?

A $20 charge will be added to your total if you come 15-30 minutes late, any later and your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Where can I order press-ons?

Check out our online selection if you want a set right away or inquire about customs sets at info@mad-nails.com .

When should I expect my press-ons in the mail?

Check to see what's in stock if you want 'em right away! Custom press-ons will take about 2 weeks to complete. Different shipping options are available.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes gift certificates can be purchased on the shop section of the website!

Do you offer mobile services?

Yes, we offer mobile services. With mobile services a mobile fee will be added, please inquire at info@mad-nail.com for more information.

How about parties?

Yes! We’ve done bridal showers, baby showers, bachlorette parties, pamper parties, the list goes on! A service fee is required and parties must have a 5 person minimum. Discounted rates are available depending on group size.
